Marianne L. Ragan was born May 7, 1976 in Youngstown, Ohio.  The daughter of John T. and Annette Ragan, she has lived in the Youngstown all of her life.  She attended grade school at Byzantine Catholic Central and high school at Youngstown Chaney High School.  She received her B.S. degree in 1999 in Education from Youngstown State University and her Masters in School Guidance Counseling in 2004 from Westminster College.  She has been teaching science at Newton Falls High School since 1999.

Shawn A. Donley was born August 29, 1968 in Steubenville, Ohio.  The son of Gerald A. Donley and Kay D. Johnston, he has lived in the Trumbull County area for the past 25 years.  He attended Newton Falls Exempted Village Schools and is currently working on his Bachelor of Computer Science at Kent State University.  For the past 5 years, he has been the Technology Coordinator for Newton Falls Schools, and has owned his own technology consulting company since 1998.  Prior to obtaining his current position, he was the Systems Administrator for Northeast Ohio Management Information Network for nine years. (The database processing center for Trumbull and Ashtabula County Schools)
